My hubby bought me this lovely Turkey handmade bowl. I quickly used it for my photography to support my blog buddy~Aunty Young for the theme of "My Favourite Dessert"!
This Coconut Jelly with coconut meat is very freshing and yummy! Thanks to Jessie for sharing.
Ingredients
400ml Fresh Coconut Water
30g Caster Sugar
3g Agar-agar Powder
Method
- Cook all ingredients over low-medium heat until hot bubble start building up on the sides of the pan. Stir occasionally.
- Remove from heat and continue to stir for 30 seconds. Let to cool down for 5 minutes.
- Pour into molds. Cool down completely.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serve.
