眼看圣诞节就要来临了,而我昨天才开始第一批烘焙。
在这有限的时间里,希望还可以挤出一些作品吧!
无论如何,在圣诞节为家人准备一顿丰富的圣诞大餐还是必要的!^^
Reindeer Chocolate Maple Cookies 麋鹿巧克力枫糖饼干
(Recipe adapted & inspired by : dailydelicious with some changes)
30g Unsalted butter
50g Maple syrup or honey
10g Brown sugar
90g Cake flour
10g Cocoa powder
50g Maple syrup or honey
10g Brown sugar
90g Cake flour
10g Cocoa powder
20g Almond powder
1/8tsp Cinnamon powder (optional)
Pinch of salt
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Line a baking sheet with baking paper.
- Sift flour, almond powder and cocoa powder together, set aside.
- Put shortening into a bowl.
- Put maple syrup, brown sugar and a pinch of salt into a bowl.
- Whisk to combine.
- Put the sifted flour mixture into the bowl.
- Mix until smooth.
- Roll between 2 sheets of baking paper, and cut into desired size.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and remove the cookies from the baking sheet to let them cool on a wire rack.
